Exporting a Note

GEMBA Note has a variety of exporting options that are accessed by tapping > [Send].

Sending an E-mail

You can send a note as a PDF or JPEG, or GEMBA Note format (.dydoc) via e-mail.

Saving a Note in Other Applications (Send to Application)

You can export a note to other apps such as Evernote, Dropbox, Box.com or OneNote in your desired format.

You are asked to choose a file format (PDF, JPEG, or GEMBA Note format) and one of available applications on your device.

Using this function, you can send any note via e-mail. Please select an e-mail app (e.g. Mail) appeared on the Charm Bar.

Saving a Note to a Storage

This function is similar to "Send to Application" except that you can select one of storage applications that support storage extention in iOS.

Saving a Note in iTunes

You can export a note to iTunes. You are asked to choose a file format (PDF, JPEG, or GEMBA Note format).

Sending a Note to WebDAV

If you have a WebDAV server, you will be able to export a note as PDF, JPEG, or GEMBA Note format to the server.
Your account is asked to enter for the server at the first time.

Sending a Note to Evernote

You can export a note as PDF, JPEG, or GEMBA Note format to the server.
Your Evernote account is asked to enter at the first time.

Clipping a Note to Save in a Shared Drive

You can save a portion of a note in a target team drive.

Saving a Note in Photo Album

You can store the current page as an image file or all pages as multiple image files in the Photo Album.

Previwing and Printing the Current Page

You can print a note.

The current page you open can be previewed before printing or sending.

* The preview is created as a PDF file.

(*) If you select PDF or JPEG, the current page you open will be sent or exported.

•If you have installed a PDF printer driver, you can export a note as a PDF file via the Charm Bar.

•Printing is not currently available in the Android version. Exporting as a PDF file and print preview are under consideration for a future release.
