Importing a File

You can import image, PDF or GEMBA Note format files (.dydoc) from E-mail or other apps. Regarding an image or PDF file, you have to open a target note to which the file is added before importing it.

Importing a File via E-mail

With an E-mail app, hold down on the attachment of a mail. You will have a list of available apps. Select the GEMBA Note app in the list.

Importing a File using Other Applications

With other apps such as Dropbox or OneNote, you can import a file using the "Open In" function in iOS.

Importing a File from > [Import]

You can import a file from available apps inside the GEMBA Note app. Tap > [Import] and select one of available apps.

Importing a PDF File

If the file is a PDF format file, you have to open a target note before importing the file. You will be asked how the file is imported with the following dialog:

Add As PDF Unit

The PDF file is attached in a PDF Unit on the current page.

Add As Page(s)

Each page of the PDF file is added as a page of the current note.
