In GEMBA Note, there are two types of storage areas to organize created notes; Private Drive and Team Drive. You can see your created notes in the both drives on the Notes List screen.
The Private Drive allows you to keep your notes. This drive and its folders (local folders) are not accessible from other users.
A Team Drive allows you to share notes with multiple users. This is accessible from all supported devices that you are logged in to.
You can create teams and manage members of the drive, providing a separate area to store and organize team documents.
You are not allowed to save a note directly under the Team Drive parent icon, you must first create a team drive and then work within it. You can create folders under a team drive and also within those folders to manage documents.
A Team Drive that you created. You are the owner of this drive.
A Team Drive you are a member of.
MetaMoJi Cloud is a storage service that allows you to backup your data in the Private Drive and the Team Drive.
You can share your notes on different devices on which GEMBA Note is installed.
