How to Start Using Shared Drive

In order to share notes with multiple users, an owner creates a shared drive. The owner can specify members for each drive.

Creating A Shared Drive

Tap [Create Shared Drive].

Adding Participants

1. Tap a shared drive that you own and you want to add members to, and then tap [Participants].
   
2. Tap [Add Participant] in the Members screen.
   
3. Mark a checkbox for each user you want to invite on the Select User screen.
4. Tap [Done].

*You can choose a different group by tapping [Group].

*The groups are oraganized by your system administrator.

Joining A Shared Drive

1. Tap the Shared Drive you have been invited to join.
   
2. Tap [Join].
   
3. When a message appears asking you to confirm that you want to join this Shared Drive, tap OK.

After synchronizing, the Shared Drive you have joined will be displayed on the screen and you can access its contents.
