Setting Tags

Adding tags to documents allows you to search and filter based on your custom requirements. Tags on a document can be added or removed as required.

Setting or unsetting tags on a document

1. On the document list screen, select a document to set tags on.
2. Tap Edit under the document preview at the right hand side.
   
3. Check tags to assign to the document or un-check tags not required on the document.
4. Tap Done.

Managing tags

1. On the document list screen, tap Edit under the document preview at the right hand side.
2. Tap Manage.
   The manage tags screen is displayed.

3. Tap New.
4. Enter a name and select a color for the tag, then tap Done.

[Changing the name or color of a tag]

3. Tap the tag name you want to change.
4. Change the name and color, then tap Done.

[Deleting a tag]

3. Tap to switch to at a tag you want to delete.
4. Tap Delete.

[Changing order of tags]

3. Drag at a tag you want to move, to change the order.
   

   * When you set tags on a document, or search for documents with tags, they appear in the same order as on the manage tags screen.
